TV Takip (the “App”) lets you track shows, anime and movies. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights. Data controller / service provider: Evliya Savaşan, Türkiye. Contact: destek@tvtakip.net.

Data we collect

• Account: email, username, display name, bio, profile photo/avatar; if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier and email that provider shares.
• Usage: watch lists, watched marks, comments, group memberships, report and block records.
• Device: push token and device identifier to send notifications; technical logs for debugging.
• Purchases: subscription status (Apple processes payment; we never see your card).

How we use data

To provide your account and lists, send notifications, verify subscription entitlements, prevent abuse and improve the App.

Service providers

• TheTVDB: catalog data; we do not send your personal data.
• RevenueCat: subscription management (account identifier, purchase status).
• Resend: sending password-reset and security emails (your email address).
• Cloud hosting and database provider: storing account and app data.
• Apple / Google: sign-in and notification infrastructure.

We do not sell your data. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

Advertising and tracking

The App currently shows no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. If we add ads in future we will update this policy and ask for permission beforehand.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete it with Delete Account in the app or via Account deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, object to processing and data portability. Contact destek@tvtakip.net.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed and traffic is encrypted. No system is completely risk-free.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce material changes in the app or on this site.
